Our Reception and Information Desk, located in the lobby of the North Terminal, is open 7 days a week, from the first to the last ship.
Service for passengers with reduced mobility: We offer tailored assistance to passengers with reduced mobility to ensure their comfort and safety throughout their journey. This service requires a booking.

Free shuttle bus
A free intra-port shuttle service is available.
The Port also has a vehicle for PRMs, available on request from the Information Point.
Useful information
For security reasons, there are no lockers in the ferry terminal or in the port area.
